Refund and Return Policy

Due to the highly customized nature of bespoke tailoring, our refund and return policies are strictly defined to protect our craftsmanship and material investments.

1. Final Sales: Because each garment is explicitly cut, tailored, and styled to your unique body measurements, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made clothing once the fabric has been cut.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits: Any initial deposits or upfront payments made to secure fabric, materials, or a placement in our production queue are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Craftsmanship Guarantee & Alterations: We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a demonstrable error on our part regarding the fit or a defect in the finished garment, we offer complimentary alterations. Clients must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the item to be eligible for this service.

4. Order Cancellation: Orders may only be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the procurement of materials and the commencement of the tailoring process.
