Terms and Conditions

By engaging with Dabigbali Fashion and placing a custom order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Agreement: Placing an order and providing a deposit constitutes a binding agreement for custom tailoring services. Prices quoted are final upon payment of the deposit.

2. Client Responsibilities: The client is strictly responsible for providing accurate measurements if they opt to be measured outside of our physical shop. We hold no liability for poorly fitting garments resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

3. Production Timelines: Any delivery or completion dates provided are estimates. While we diligently strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, minor delays resulting from fabric sourcing, power outages, or complex design requirements do not constitute a breach of this agreement.

4. Unclaimed Goods: Finished garments must be collected, or delivery arranged, within thirty (30) days of the client being notified of completion. Garments left unclaimed beyond this period may be disposed of or sold to recover accrued material and labor costs.
